I never received this duffel bag. I sent them an email of not receiving it after I received the romper within the same order. Tried for over a month, separate emails, one containing information of my new address beginning in February. Finally got a response after a month and more of waiting only to tell me that the duffel bag was on back order.

I again let the person who emailed me know I had already changed address. She got back to me the next day stating that she had made an error but that the bag was sent out already, still a week after I told them I’d have a new address.

Her name was Barbara. Not the friendliest over email, very cut dry, if I’m making sense. I have reached out to her again, within the same email thread and still to this day a couple days short of March and haven’t heard a response from her. No duffel bag. And no refund.
