Returns & Exchanges
Any return must be requested within 5 days of receiving - please email help@fordays.com within 5 days along with an explanation as to why the return is being requested. If five (5) days have gone by since your item was received, unfortunately Natasha Tonic & For Days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items cannot be worn, they can only be tried on without removing the panty liner for sanitary reasons. Return your item in original packaging no later than two (2) days after return is approved. If the above terms are followed, and return item is in original condition without any damage or signs it was worn, customer will be fully refunded. If returned item(s) are not in good condition, customer will not be refunded, and the item will be returned back to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless agreed differently. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
