Looks like what was advertised, I’m looking forward to using it. However, its frustrating that I ordered 3 items together and they arrived in 3 different packages on separate days. Isn’t this supposed to be an environmentally-friendly company?

I use this for helping relieve tension in my neck after being at a desk all day. Use it on my face a few times a week and so far like it.
