The sweatshirt was much lighter and thinner material than I expected. I was encouraged to order a small, but I ordered a medium instead. I was so glad I did, as the small would have been too small. Although I am only an inch taller than the model pictured who was wearing a small, and similar in build, it would have been helpful to know her weight. Even so, I am happy I have helped keep something out of the trash. Since you are forcing me to answer the recommendation question, I am going to have to answer "no," not because I did not like the shirt, but because I so very rarely recommend anything to anyone, and because of the discrepancy in sizing.
