High quality, beautiful dress

Quality of the fabric is substantial- loved the lined skirt. Deep black. Details in pintucks and smocking are pretty. Tie at the back neck is eye catching with short hair or an up-do. At 5’1.5” the length was just above the knee: modest but stylish. A medium was sent instead of a small :( but with the tie to adjust and the entire bodice in smocking I was able to accept it. I normally take a 6.
