Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible, unworn items with the tags attached within 14 days after you receive them. Once your return has been scanned and confirmed, we will either process your refund to your original payment method, initiate your exchange, or issue your store credit as requested.

All promotional purchases, such as Take Back Bags, gift cards, or items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
