Nearly all of Apse jewels are handcrafted using recycled sterling silver and gold and their made-to-order production model means they are never creating more than what is needed. They up-cycle any and all sterling silver or solid gold jewelry into their production cycle via our apse swap program and, in turn, offer credit toward future apse purchases. Many of Apse’s designs give back 10% of profits to one of several non-profits they support of whom are working to remove barriers to healing for marginalized communities via access to mental health resources, legal advocacy and policy making, and emergency care.

You are welcome to cancel your order up to 5 business days after your order is placed. After 5 business days, your piece is in the midst of production and we can no longer offer a refund. After 5 business days, we will happily allow for any order edits, exchanges or extend shop credit for use at a later date.

If for any reason you are truly unhappy with your piece, we will accept returns and grant a refund for a 15% restocking fee. We will accept returns for any unworn pieces in perfect condition for up to 7 days post-arrival.
